Quantin Binnah is a registered Charity which operates as a Holistic Community Hub Model which means that we provide services from birth to later years.

Our Team aims to invigorate community life and create lifelong connections whilst protecting the welfare,

legal and human rights of all people.

 

We also ensure our own policies and practices support people to feel safe and live their best life.

​

To this end we strive to connect families with the services and resources that met identified needs. Some of these services in include food relief, breakfast club, clothes swap and a variety of social and psycho/educational programs.

In addition, we provide Maternal and Child Health Services, Mother’s Support Groups, Playgroups, Childcare (Long Day Care), 3 Yr. Kindergarten, 4 Yr. Kindergarten, Before and After School care and Vacation Care.

Furthermore, we provide a range of Adult Education programs.​​

 

Quantin Binnah is a Public Institution whose principal charitable purposes are:

 

  1. Advancing positive mental health and reducing and preventing isolation and loneliness to people in need through the provision of social, recreational, cultural and educational integrated activities and programs.

  2. Creating welcoming and inclusive physical locations which support vulnerable individuals of all ages and abilities to undertake activities, or work on projects, in the company of others.

 

Constitution activities in furtherance of the principal purpose:

  1. Encouraging all groups and individuals in the community to participate in planning and service direction to ensure the service is responsive to the vulnerable community.

  2. Providing a wide range of services from birth to aging well activities which support community members of all ages and abilities to build life - long connections and social capital to subsidise and support QB’s principal purpose.

  3. Facilitating social connections and collaboration for community members community groups and local organisations to support community members in need.

  4. Ensuring services and programs available and accessible to community members in need including those with a disability, carers, and the CALD community.
