Direct Debit Setup on Enrolment
The direct debit details will need to be completed on the enrolment form before the enrolment will be approved.
Any enrolments that we receive with no direct debit information included will not be processed and will have to be re-submitted.

Question 3

Kindergarten- 3 Yr. Old & 4 Yr. Old

To enrol in our kindergarten services:
 
Step 1: Apply via the Wyndham City Council Enrolment portal:

Step 2: Wyndham City Council will send you an offer of placement at Quantin Binnah Kindergarten. 
 
Step 3: You must accept your offer WITHIN 5 DAYS from Wyndhamn City Council if you wish for your child to attend. 
 
Step 4: Quantin Binnah will contact you with the online link to formally Enrol with Quantin Binnah. 
 
Step 5: Follow the link and enrol following the online Instructions.

Question 4

Kindergarten Absences & Cancellations

If your child is not attending a kindergarten session please inform Quantin Binnah via our online app. Please refer to Enrolment Key information (OWNA) for OWNA app instructions. 
 
If you are cancelling your kindergarten place permanently contact Quantin Binnah. You will be required to submit a written cancellation request via email to admin. This will then be updated with Wyndham City Council, who will contact you to complete the necessary cancellation steps.

Question 5

Childcare

To enrol in childcare you must first speak with our childcare director who will advise you what childcare placements are available. 
 
Once you are offered a place by our childcare director you will be emailed an online link to enrol. This will then be approved by our childcare director. 
Please note when applying please enter your full name, date of birth and CRN as registered with Centrelink to ensure your application can be processed.
Once your enrolment is approved your child can start attending their permanent childcare. 
 
We do not offer casual places in childcare.

School Age Care

Quantin Binnah uses an online system to enrol your child into our School Age Care programs. 
 
Your enrolment will be approved by our admin team before your child can attend our SAC services.
 
You have the option between casual and permanent care or a combination of both. 
For casual bookings you please use the parent app. Please refer to Enrolment Key information (OWNA) for OWNA app instructions.

Please ensure your click on your child's school name to access the correct enrolment link here:  PLEASE NOTE THAT ENROLMENTS FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR NEED TO BE SUBMITTED BY QUANTIN BINNAH'S YEAR END CLOSING DATE IN THE CURRENT YEAR - any that are received after this date cannot be guaranteed to start care when school re-commences.

You will need to make sure you select the correct service from the drop down box at the top of the enrolment form.

Question 8

School Age Care Casual Bookings & Cancellations

Before you child attends our School Age Care at Quantin Binnah they must be enrolled with our service. 
 
Once your child is enrolled you will receive an invitation to download the OWNA Parent App. You will make casual bookings via the app. Please refer to Enrolment Key information (OWNA) for OWNA app instructions. 
 
Casual Bookings are subject to availability. 
 
Parents/carers who require a casual booking for After School care must pre-book by 2pm at the latest on the day care is required via the parent app. 
To cancel any permanent or casual bookings due to non-attendance for that day, parents/carers must use the app to mark their child as absent for care by 2pm at the latest on the day that cancellation is required. Please refer to Enrolment Key information (OWNA) for OWNA app instructions. 
Those parents/carers who fail to notify Quantin Binnah Community Centre before the specified time will be charged a School Age Care Non-Notification/Late Notification Fee per family (please see https://www.qbcc.org.au/enrolments (https://www.qbcc.org.au/enrolments)for fees for all services).  This fee covers administration costs.  It may only be waived at the discretion of the School Age Care Director.

Vacation Care

Quantin Binnah uses an online system to enrol your child into our Vacation Care programs. 
Vacation Care can book out fast and is booked on a first come first served bases. We will notify our parents prior to the vacation care link going live.

All bookings are made by the parent via the OWNA parent app once your enrolment has been approved and bookings are made available.

Question 10

Playgroup

To enrol in Playgroup please click Apply Now button on the Playgroup web page , phone or email with your interest in attending playgroup.

Quantin Binnah will then approve your place and child can start attending playgroup.

Question 11

Priority Access

Quantin Binnah will provide Priority Access to Our Services to:
 • Children at risk of abuse and neglect
 • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Children
 • Asylum Seeker and Refugee Children
 • Children eligible for Kindergarten Fee Subsidy
 • Children with additional needs – eg: children who require additional assistance, children who have an identified specific disability or development delay and children who may require a combination of services.
